In this workshop we will begin by moving through the Yang portion of the practice, a moderately challenging flow that will serve to warm and gently open the body as well as to help calm and focus the energy of the mind. After the flow we will move into a series of long held, seated Yin poses to open the body even deeper. With a calm mind and a still physical body the practice will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a powerful relaxation technique. My hope and intentions for this time and space is to bring balance of mind to the practitioner and a deeper awareness of one’s physical body. All levels are welcome for this practice! $25
